This privacy policy applies to the Happnin app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Replik Media Pvt. Ltd. (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

The Application collects your device's location, which helps the Service Provider determine your approximate geographical location and make use of in below ways:

Happnin is a location-tagged social media platform developed by Replik Media Private Limited.

1. User Data We Collect

Name, Email, Phone (for SMS OTP), Google login details, posts, and location data.

2. Location Data

Location is processed in real time but not stored permanently.

3. User-Generated Content

Posts and interactions may be visible to other users in the vicinity.

4. Child Safety Notice

No harmful or sexualized content involving minors is allowed.

5. Authentication and Security

Uses SMS OTP and Google login for secure sign-in.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

User data is retained until deleted or deactivated by the user.

7. Test and Guest Accounts

We may provide test or guest accounts to reviewers or authorized parties solely for testing and evaluation. These accounts are isolated from live data, contain no real user information, and are used only for testing or demonstration.
