By purchasing credits or subscribing to any service, you agree to this Policy and acknowledge that all transactions are final.
2. No Refunds
- Finality of Transactions: All purchases of credits and subscriptions are considered final. Once a transaction is completed, no refunds will be provided for any reason, regardless of whether the generated content has been used or not.
- Non-Refundable Credits: Credits purchased for generating content on the platform are non-refundable. In the event of account cancellation or termination, any remaining credits will be forfeited without any refund or credit adjustment.
3. Account Cancellation
- User-Initiated Cancellation: Users may request to cancel their account by contacting our support team. However, cancellation of an account will not result in any refund or credit reimbursement for unused credits.
- Platform-Initiated Suspension or Termination: Replik reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in the event of a violation of our Terms & Conditions, License Policy, or for any suspicious or unlawful activity. In such cases, any remaining credits will be forfeited without refund.
4. Error or Duplicate Transactions
